Job Description / Responsibility
Software, Hardware, Network and CC TV maintenance.
Must have sound & strong knowledge in NOS like NT, Windows 2000, 2003, XP, TCIP/ IP protocol.
Troubleshooting all IT relevant issues in different OS like Windows XP, Windows7, Windows8, Windows Server and other OS.
Email Support with Outlook Client Configuration
Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly and check IT security with Kaspersky Antivirus Server.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, Wi-Fi router, printers and scanners.
investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
IT Help Desk support.
Manage and maintain the network infrastructure (Implementations and Operations).
Support Network services through Proxy, Mail, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Web Server, Antivirus Server
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
Other duties as and when required by the management.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s)
Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Web Developer/ Web Designer, IT System
Management, Security Management of IT System, Software Troubleshooting.
Should be able to work under pressure
